Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This notice is provided by YakLedger ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA"), and other applicable state and international privacy laws.

Section 1 — Our Position on the Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

YakLedger does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise disclose your Personal Information (as defined in our Privacy Policy) to third parties in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

This policy has been in effect since the inception of the Company and applies to all users regardless of geographic location.

Section 2 — Categories of Personal Information

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we may collect the following categories of Personal Information:

• Identifiers: name, email address, IP address, and account credentials.
• Commercial information: financial transaction records, payout data, settlement records, and order information obtained from Third-Party Platforms at your direction.
• Internet activity: browsing history within the Service, feature usage, and interaction data.
• Professional information: company name and business role.

None of the above categories of Personal Information are sold or shared as defined under the CCPA.

Section 3 — Your Rights Under the CCPA

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to the following rights:

• Right to Know. You have the right to request that we disclose what Personal Information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the business purposes for which it was collected, and the categories of third parties with whom it was shared.
• Right to Delete. You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information, subject to certain legal exceptions including compliance with legal obligations, completion of transactions, and exercise of free speech.
• Right to Opt Out. You have the right to direct a business that sells or shares your Personal Information to stop doing so. Because YakLedger does not engage in the sale or sharing of Personal Information, no opt-out mechanism is necessary.
• Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive Personal Information. YakLedger does not collect sensitive Personal Information as defined under the CCPA.
• Right to Non-Discrimination. We shall not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality for exercising your rights.

Section 4 — Rights Under Other Jurisdictions

4.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. Our Privacy Policy provides comprehensive details on these rights.

4.2 Other U.S. States

Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other states with comprehensive privacy legislation may have similar rights. We honor all verifiable consumer requests regardless of jurisdiction.

Section 5 — Disclosure of Information to Service Providers

While we do not sell or share your Personal Information, we do disclose certain information to service providers who perform functions on our behalf. These disclosures constitute "service provider" arrangements under the CCPA, not "sales" or "sharing." Our service providers include:

• Google Cloud Platform — cloud infrastructure, data storage, computing, and artificial intelligence services.
• SendGrid (Twilio) — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website and application hosting.

Each service provider is bound by written agreements that: (a) specify the business purposes for which information is disclosed; (b) require the service provider to maintain confidentiality; and (c) prohibit the service provider from selling, sharing, or using the information for any purpose other than performing the contracted services.

We also transmit data to Third-Party Platforms (Shopify, Global-e, Klarna, NetSuite) solely at your explicit direction and for the purpose of providing the reconciliation functionality you have requested.

Section 6 — How to Submit a Request

Upon receipt of your request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity by matching the information you provide with information we have on file. We will respond to verified requests within thirty (30) calendar days. If additional time is needed (up to forty-five (45) additional days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide written proof of authorization, and we may require you to verify your identity directly.

We do not charge a fee for processing verifiable consumer requests unless a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

Section 7 — Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time. If we materially change our practices regarding the sale or sharing of Personal Information, we will provide prominent notice on our website and, where required, obtain your consent prior to any such change taking effect. We will provide a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism at that time.
